Jude 24-25

24 Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault. 25 All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen.

Do you find joy in spending time with God or is it more like a chore? To really be one with God and walk with Jesus, there needs to be joy in being with Him.  This may be why you are not growing, or are feeling frustrated or bored in your life with Christ. Psalm 5:11 states, “But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them sing joyful praises forever. Spread your protection over them, that all who love your name may be filled with joy.” God wants us to want to be with Him because we know of His love and mercy for us. Understanding the freedom of knowing you are free from any condemnation gives you the desire to want to know Him more. And it is in knowing Him and living in His Presence that we find joy. This takes practice. Seeking God with our whole heart is the only way to fulfill the deepest desires of our heart. It is only in living in His Presence that we can be complete. And when we are complete, He can use us for His purposes.  And we know His purpose because we know Him and our life is complete and there is joy.

Have a God Day!
