Proverbs 3:1-10
1 My son, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commands; 2 For length of days and long life and peace they will add to you. 3 Let not mercy and truth forsake you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart, 4 And so find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man. 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. 7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil. 8 It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones. 9 Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase; 10 So your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.

Are you looking for prosperity, health or direction for your life? Most of us are looking for something for God to do in our lives. Proverbs tells us how to accomplish our desires.Written 3000 years ago by Solomon, Proverbs still holds true today. Many Christians have not even read the Old Testament, but the truth of God written so many years ago is still relevant to how you live your life today. If you want peace, do not forget the laws of God, keep mercy and truth in your heart and you will be esteemed by man and God. Are you looking for direction for a specific issue, and then acknowledge God in that issue and He will direct you to the correct path. This will be according to His will and may not always be the direction you first thought about. But when we are in God’s will, we always find peace, security, and joy. When we honor God with the first part of our income, we will have all we need, always. Health, joy, direction, prosperity are promised by our Father, do not let the enemy take them from you. Read the Word and claim the promises of God your Father.

Have a God Day!
