Hebrews 9:11-15
11 So Christ has now become the High Priest over all the good things that have come. He has entered that great, perfect sanctuary in heaven, not made by human hands and not part of this created world. 12 Once for all time he took blood into that Most Holy place, but not the blood of goats and calves. He took his own blood, and with it he secured our salvation forever. 13 Under the old system, the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a young cow could cleanse peoples bodies from ritual defilement. 14 Just think how much more the blood of Christ will purify our hearts from deeds that lead to death so that we can worship the living God. For by the power of the eternal Spirit, Christ offered himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins. 15 That is why he is the one who mediates the new covenant between God and people, so that all who are invited can receive the eternal inheritance God has promised them. For Christ died to set them free from the penalty of the sins they had committed under that first covenant.

How awesome is our God to have provided a way for us to have access to Him at anytime. Christ has provided that way for us. He went and offered His Blood for our sins on the altar of God in heaven. He does not have to do this over and over again, because once was enough. Now to anyone who believes, there is direct access to God our Father. Faith accepts the record of who Jesus Christ is and what He has accomplished on our behalf. The believer accepts the benefits of Jesus’ sacrifice and enters into God’s presence with confidence. When we enter into God’s presence, we are transformed. We are consumed by His love for us and are free to become what He would have us be. After being in the presence of God, our aim is to do His will and please Him. At any time we can come into His presence, because of what Christ has done for us. Take time out of your busy day to enter into God’s presence by focusing on Him and His
love for you. It will refresh and restore you.

Have a God Day!
